Vinternatt
Lonely. Beautiful. Nervous. A flashlight against the dark, in a forest that is generated as you walk.

Four directions from the forest
The world starts in the snowy Vinternatt forest. Walk in any direction and the landscape slowly changes until you are somewhere else.
Svartstensbergen
Dark ridges, jumping paths and briefly safe heights.
Björksjön
Pale birches, mirror-still water and a long jetty with broken sections.
Vinternatt forest
Snow, spruce and the cone of your flashlight.
Dynkusten
Dunes that open onto the sea. Few hiding places, long sight lines.
The old village
Abandoned houses you can enter, narrow alleys and close encounters.
What’s out there
Day and weather
Morning fog, midday, dusk and night, with storms and snow. At dusk the creatures grow bolder.
Three pulse weapons
Single, twin and spread pulses. They light up the forest in flight and cast their own shadows.
Monsters
Dark creatures with faintly glowing eyes that stalk the edge of your light.
Jeep and plane
Drive through the forest and snap trees, or take off and see the world from above.
Destruction
Explosions leave craters in the forest and holes in the houses.
Together
Invite friends with a link and play in the same world over the internet.
